Some of our listings support instant booking, while others require host approval. You’ll see the booking type clearly indicated on each property page.

We accept major credit and debit cards, PayPal, and in some cases, bank transfers. Payment options may vary depending on the property and host preferences.

Log in to your account, go to your Dashboard > Settings > Payment Methods, and follow the instructions to edit or delete saved payment information.

Instant bookings are confirmed immediately. For requests that require host approval, you’ll usually receive a response within a few hours. Typically less than 24 hours.

You can cancel a booking from your account dashboard. Go to My Bookings, select the reservation, and click Cancel. Please check the property’s cancellation policy before proceeding, as fees may apply.

Some hosts provide additional services like activities, airport pick-up or local transport. If available, these will be listed in the property details. You can also contact the host directly for special arrangements.
